From now till your big day, feel free to message us anytime with any questions.

We will need a runsheet the week latest during the wedding on my movement etc.

Below is a sample runsheet with 10 hours coverage, if you have video, add 30 mins extra to getting ready parts for groom and bride and keep in mind they need to be at ceremony 30 mins before it starts to setup cameras and audio.

 

We will shoot the details first before getting dressed for both groom and bride.
 

IMPORTANT: ADD 30 MINS TIME NEEDED FOR PREP IF YOU HAVE VIDEO AS WELL.


10am - 11am GROOM GETTING READY (NEED 1 HOUR)

DETAILS TO LEAVE OUT: SUIT / SHOES/ SOCKS / CUFFLINKS / WATCH / TIE / FLOWER

​THEN GET DRESSED! :D 

Ensure family members are dressed and ready for photos if they are at same location.

-DRIVE TO BRIDES 20 MINS-

11:20am-12:50pm BRIDE GETTING READY (NEED 1 HOUR 30 MINS)

Important to have hair and makeup complete just as we arrive to ensure everything else is on schedule. Please ensure all relevant bridal party members + family are done.

DETAILS TO LEAVE OUT: DRESS / WEDDING INVITE / SHOES / PERFUME / FLOWERS / JEWELLERY / ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES

 

Ensure family members are dressed and ready for photos if they are at same location.
 

-HEAD TO CEREMONY 10 MINS DRIVE-


It's good to arrive earlier to get the ceremony venue, details and guests arriving.
 

1:30pm-2pm CEREMONY (30 mins - 1 hour depending on type of ceremony)

Space the bridesmaids out to an aisle interval when walking down the aisle, and when you walk down the aisle - take your time ! Make sure the bridesmaids and groomsmen are not covering you and groom during the ceremony so I can capture reactions without their heads in the way ! 

 

(30 mins, if it is a church ceremony, it will go longer 45-1hr) 

2pm-2:30pm GROUP PHOTO + FAMILY PHOTO

(30 min)

After walking down the aisle, we'll get a group photo, let everyone congratulate you and then do family photos right after - usually we will do immediate family, siblings and grandparents. If you want more photos with extended or friends / work - let us know! 

2:30pm-4:30pm LOCATION SHOOT WITH BRIDAL PARTY+BRIDE GROOM PHOTOS
(Generally 1 hour is enough for one location, if you want more variety, then give more time here for location shoot)

HEAD TO RECEPTION 30 MINS, if it is at the same location - even better. 

Less time on the road and more time with your friends & family!

5pm 

RECEPTION VENUE AND SHOOT DETAILS

REST TIME or MINGLE TIME for BRIDE GROOM

if you plan on having sunset photos, lookup the time and usually 20 mins before the sun sets, we can go for golden hour photos :) 

7pm FIRST DANCE, OPEN DANCE FLOOR

8pm END COVERAGE

Final payment is due 7 days before via bank transfer or if another arrangement has been made then on the day.
